Midad
Desktop app (Windows)
A bilingual novel-writing studio for Arabic and English.
A desktop app for writing novels, built with full support for right-to-left and mixed Arabic/English text. Writers can organize chapters in a binder, plan on a corkboard and plot grid, keep a story bible, build a timeline with continuity checks (including the Hijri calendar), and set writing goals. Finished books export to PDF, EPUB, Word or a web page. Projects are stored as plain files the writer owns, with an optional AI assistant.
Find the right support, at your own pace.
A student-led pilot for Université de Sherbrooke students, starting with graduate engineering. A short guided quiz points students to the right human service for their situation, such as academic, wellbeing or administrative support. Immediate-help numbers are always visible. Bilingual (French/English), private by design, with no accounts or tracking. Built for the CSG (Promo des Cycles Supérieurs en Génie).

TEF Prep: Objectif NCLC 7
Web app
Practise all four sections of the TEF Canada exam.
An exam-prep app for reaching NCLC 7 on the TEF Canada. It covers listening, reading, writing and speaking. Writing includes a timed editor and AI correction with a model answer. Speaking uses a virtual examiner that talks back. Spaced-repetition flashcards help with review. Progress stays in the browser.

Ma'at: A Gentle Toolkit
Web app (installable on phone)
Touchable metaphors for hard days.
A calm, tactile collection of interactive widgets for working through burnout, anxiety and grief. It includes "the ball in the box", a breathing anchor and a weather-style mood check-in. Each widget turns a feeling into something you can see and touch. It is a companion tool, not therapy.

Fathom
Web app (installable on phone)
Conversation cards, minus the box.
A digital card table for conversation decks. Pick a face-down pile, draw a card, set it aside in the discard pile, and reshuffle for a fresh session, just like a real deck on a table. It ships with four decks, including an original two-player sequence that moves from "At the Door" to "Before We Go". It works offline, installs to a phone home screen, and saves only card IDs, never anyone’s answers.

Film Archive
Web app (installable on phone)
A catalogue for your film and TV collection.
Search a movie database to pull in posters, cast and synopses automatically. Then record the technical details of every copy you own, such as resolution, HDR, audio, codec and where the disc sits on the shelf. The collection syncs across devices and installs to a phone home screen.

Brokie
Web app (installable on phone)
Know what it costs in hours of your life.
A personal expense tracker with a "worth buying?" decider. It imports your history from Wallet by BudgetBakers, then turns any price into hours of work at your true hourly rate. Decide to buy, wait or skip, and park tempting purchases on a cooling-off wishlist. Built for phone and desktop with a Liquid Glass look.
From spreadsheet to animated figures and slides, with no code.
Turns Excel data into animated, presentation-quality figures and a ready-made PowerPoint deck. Users pick the data, adjust axes and colours in a simple editor, preview, then render 1080p videos for talks and defences.

LiquiSolve
Web app / engineering tool
Liquefaction and soil–pile–structure analysis.
A geotechnical engineering tool that reads CPT field data and runs the full chain of analyses. That chain covers liquefaction triggering and severity indices (LPI, LSN, LBS), building settlement, pile moment–curvature, and nonlinear soil–pile–structure interaction. Results are shown through a graphical interface.

Site Response Studio
Desktop app (Windows)
1D seismic site response, from soil profile to surface motion.
A desktop application for one-dimensional ground response analysis. It runs equivalent-linear and nonlinear effective-stress analyses with pore-water-pressure generation, and offers nine modulus-reduction and damping models that can be chosen layer by layer, with a live curves preview. Soil profiles import from ProShake-style CSV files, with unit conversion. Results are checked against analytical benchmarks.

SPPA-1D
Web app (Python / Streamlit)
Seismic pore pressure analyzer for layered soil columns.
A tool for estimating how excess pore pressure builds up with depth during an earthquake. Start from a manual shear stress history or a full 1D site response run, choose the solver and drainage conditions, and edit a multi-layer soil profile. Results include pore pressure ratio timelines, depth profiles and heatmaps, surface motions and response spectra, all with a consistent colour scale where liquefaction reads as red.
